I have the known Paula for many years. Primarily a clay artist, she has traveled globally, immersing herself in learning about and understanding the diversity of materials, techniques, and applications of this art form. Additionally, her insatiable curiosity fuels a tireless exploration of creating with other mediums. Be it pottery, jewelry, or her embellished mirrors, Paula's knowledge, creativity and talent inform each of her very unique creations, as each piece is a vibrant and truly one-of-a-kind experience of functional art. I own several pieces of her work and every time I look at (or wear) a piece, their colors and textures take on a new freshness - it's impossible to ever tire of them! An active member of her community, Paula generously donates many hours of her time and talents, as well as her art pieces, toward various local causes from fundraising efforts to eliminate food insecurity to mounting art shows to support local artists.
